As the renter, you are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is capable of safely towing the trailer, and for any damage or accidents that occur during the rental period. This includes the cost of any repairs to the trailer, damage to cargo, and personal injury. Your safety and the safe use of our equipment are a top priority, so please drive carefully and responsibly.

What happens if the trailer is returned with damage?

If the trailer is returned with any damage, repair costs will be deducted from your security deposit or added to your final payment. We ask that you inspect the trailer regularly and take care of basic maintenance, such as checking the battery, hydraulic fluid, and tire pressure, to ensure everything remains in good working condition.

What is the rental duration and how is it calculated?

The rental duration is based on daily, weekly, or monthly rates. A rental day is 24 hours (e.g., 12:00 PM Tuesday - 12:00 PM Wednesday). If the trailer is returned late, you will be charged for an additional day. We appreciate your prompt return, as it helps us provide the best service to all our customers.

What happens if I return the trailer late?

If the trailer is returned later than the agreed-upon time, you will be charged for an additional day. We encourage you to return the trailer on time to avoid extra fees and to help us keep our rental schedule running smoothly for all our customers.
